We want to see our products used as long as possible but we know sometimes wear happens. To help keep our product out of the landfills we now offer a repair and return option. Contact email@example.com to find out if your product is eligible for this program. This is for minor repairs, we can not fully replace the insides of diapers. If we are able to repair your product, we will do so at no additional cost. The $5 fee is to cover the cost of return shipping and handling to get your repaired item back to you. This service is available for US shipping addresses only. Repairs are not covered under any warranties, including manufacturing defects. Most repairs will take 7-10 business days to complete, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once available. If the product can not be repaired for whatever reason, it will be returned to the customer “as is”. We will make every effort to repair the product to ‘like new’ condition but depending on the severity of the damage or wear we can not guarantee results.
