We want to see our products used as long as possible but we know sometimes wear happens. To help keep our product out of the landfills we now offer a repair and return option. Contact customercare@smartbottoms.com to find out if your product is eligible for this program. If we are able to repair your product, we will do so at no additional cost. The $5 fee is to cover the cost of return shipping and handling to get your repaired item back to you. This service is available for US shipping addresses only. Repairs are not covered under any warranties, including manufacturing defects. Most repairs will take 7-10 business days to complete, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once available. If the product can not be repaired for whatever reason, it will be returned to the customer “as is”. We will make every effort to repair the product to ‘like new’ condition but depending on the severity of the damage or wear we can not guarantee results. This program is for minor repairs only and does not cover elastic replacement on 3.1’s or Born Smarts, holes or other damage to PUL, replacement of interior absorbency, or repair of edgewear. The following are examples of repairs that would fall under the Repair and Return Program.
- Snap replacement (does not include snaps on front of 3.1 or Born Smart)
- Top stitching
- Loose stitching on inserts
- Repair/replacement of elastic on Dream Diapers and Too Smart Covers
