Details on Free Shipping
*Free shipping is valid on retail orders $50.00 or more to customers who provide a Continental U.S. shipping address. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico. This also excludes International customers.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are not expedited. If you'd like expedited shipping, please select another shipping option at cost.
Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping regardless of location or order total. Wholesale shipping will be calculated and invoiced separately.
Shipping Carriers
Smart Bottoms ships with the United States Postal Service and UPS. All shipping is based on product weight and applicable shipping options will be given. We do not require a signature at delivery. Please make sure someone is home to receive your package from Smart Bottoms if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence. We are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen or tampered with. Smart Bottoms is not responsible for delays in product delivery by USPS or UPS due to weather or their own internal errors.
Shipping Time

At Smart Bottoms, we are proud of our just-in-time manufacturing process, guaranteeing that each item is made with precision and care. Your order will be processed within 1-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. As of April 1, 2024 due to high demand processing times are 7-10 business days.
- We process shipments Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Each order is hand-packed. Please monitor your order by using the tracking number sent with your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping
Smart Bottoms ships internationally! International customers have the option of choosing First Class or Priority International shipping through USPS. First Class shipping does not include insurance and can only be tracked while the package is in the United States. Priority shipping does include insurance and can be tracked to final destination. Smart Bottoms is not responsible for packages lost in transit or that experience delayed delivery. We are happy to assist in filing a claim with USPS for Priority deliveries that are undelivered.
Package Protection
If you chose to opt-in to Redo package protection at checkout and did not receive your package within 7 days of expected delivery, please email us at customercare@smartbottoms.com for assistance.
If you've chosen not to opt-in to Redo package protection at checkout, Smart Bottoms cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
