Smart Bottoms, Inc. is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on orders over $85 when shipping to an address within the continental United States. The least expensive shipping option will be chosen on behalf of the customer when Free Shipping is chosen. If a customer would like an order expedited or shipped with a specific carrier they may choose a different shipping option and the associated cost will be displayed and added to the order.

Domestic & International Shipping

Smart Bottoms, Inc. currently ships to approved domestic and international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping to some countries may not be possible at any given time due to unforeseen geopolitical circumstances. If an order is placed and we are unable to ship due to carrier unavailability the order will be fully refunded to the customer. We are not able to hold orders until shipping resumes.

Shipping Delays

Smart Bottoms, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Smart Bottoms, Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
