Our four-layer, bamboo Insert fits perfectly in our Pull-On Cloth Diapers, Dream Diapers, Smart One Diapers, Too Smart Covers, Born Smarts, and paired with our Flats and Preflats as a booster for added absorbency. These boosters add approximately:

  • Little Kid (18/24 Pull-Ons and Newborn Preflats): 7oz 
  • Big Kid (2/3 and 4/5 Pull-Ons, Dream Diaper, Smart One, Too Smart Cover, One Size Preflats): 8oz 
  • Bigger Kid (6/7, 8/9 and 10/11 Pull-Ons): 9oz

Care Instructions

Wash and dry warm. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

    These are a great option for my 8 1/2 year old. He is on a continous feeding tube through the night which results in occasional accidents. He prefers these over disposable pull up options.

    I love the pull on diapers. These are the only reusables I have found that I can rely on for nighttime backup. They're still good,but the quality was better with the 2023 design, or possibly the 2023 manufacturing. The old school ones have a contoured insert, thicker PUL and just seems all around rugged. I'd recommend these either way, but I wish I had ordered a lot more in 2023.

    I am so abaolutkey dosappointed i habe been using these for 2 months and follow wsh routine and almost all the pairs are ripping! I planned to use for duration of potty training and night training abd dont see how that will be possible!

    The pull-on diapers have been wonderful. My child has been wearing disposable pull ups. We trialed all the styles our DME offered. They all shifted and leaked. Only downside is they only go up to 10/11. I’m not sure what we will do once we outgrow the 10/11 but for now it has made such a difference and increase their quality of life.

    Haven’t tried them yet but they look and feel pretty thick especially when uou add the insert in.

    The team is great-so helpful and kind! We love this product and the night-time trainers. We use the pull-on for night-time as well. Once in a while my son has an accident and these do help. If it is a huge accident on the pull-up night time trainers it will over-flow. I would say it's a 50/50 chance depending on the amount. It with any protection-no fault of Smart Bottoms. My son is 7, average built and he fits the 4/5 still. They stretch just enough that they still fit. They wash well and last. Extra dry time is best or hang for extra assurance of fully dry before putting away.
